These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Savannah Beach, located in Salary, Madagascar, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a reservation or benefit from the services offered by the establishment.

2. Reservations

• Reservation procedure: Reservations can be made via our website https://savannah-beach.com/room/, by telephone at +261344201717, or by email at contact@savannah-beach.com.

3. Rates and payment

• Prices : Prices quoted are in Malagasy Ariary (AR) and include all applicable taxes.
• Payment methods: We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card.
• Balance: The balance of the stay is payable on arrival.

4. Responsibilities

• Client: The customer is responsible for any damage caused within the establishment.
• Establishment: Savannah Beach declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

5. Food and activities

• Restaurant : Meals and beverages are not included in the room rate, unless otherwise indicated.
• Activities: Some activities may be subject to weather conditions or special restrictions.

6. Personal information

Information collected at the time of booking is used solely to process the booking and remains confidential.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Malagasy courts will have jurisdiction.
